Before we get started, Let’s be clear here.. Consuming alcohol will add calories to your diet. All Alcohol has what’s called “empty calories”. They are called empty calories because the calories associated have no nutritional benefit, meaning no carbs, protein or fats.
Cocktails are generally a “spirit” based alcohol mixed with soda’s, juices & sugar syrups, making them usually quite high in calories.

#1 Mojito 190 calories per serve 2 shots Bacardi white rum 1 shot simple sugar syrup Juice of half a lime Mint leaves (muddled in glass) 100ml sofa water + crushed ice & mint leaves to garnish
#2 Paloma 163 calories per serve 2 shots tequila 2 shots grapefruit juice 100ml sofa water + crushed ice & grapefruit wedge to garnish Its a nice touch to salt the rim for this one
